Compound Preparations
1. Triphalā Guggulu: 2 to 4 Vaṭī to be taken with warm water thrice a day. | ||
External Applications 1. Cut Bījapūra (lemon) in two halves, warm in a saucepan and foment the ankle joint. 2. Hot Lepa root of Amalaparṇi (rhubarb) to be applied on the ankle joint. 3. Pañcaguṇa Taila for massage. |
