Single Drugs 1. Mix powdered rhizome of Haridrā (turmeric) – 1 g. in 100 ml. Gomūtra (cow’s urine) and take three times a day. | ||

External Applications 1. Lepa prepared from the seed of Cakramarda (foetid cassia) in the juice (Svarasa) of Mūlaka (radish) is to be applied on Dadru. 2. Lepa prepared from the bark of Śigru (horse-radish) in the Svarasa (juice) of Mūlaka (radish) is to be applied on Dadru. 3. Lepa prepared from the leaf of Āragvadha (cassia) in Kāñjī is to be applied on Dadru. 4. Lepa prepared from the equal part of seeds of Vidaṅga, Sarṣapa (mustard) and Cakramarda (foetid cassia), root of Kuṣṭha (kooth), rhizome of Haridrā (turmeric) and Saindhava (rock-salt) in sour curd is to be applied on Dadru. 5. Lepa prepared from the equal part of whole plant of Dūrvā (doob grass), fruit rind of Harītakī (chebulic myrobalan), Saindhava (rock-salt), seed of Cakramarda (foetid cassia), leaf of Tulasī (sacred basil) in Takra (butter milk) is to be applied on Dadru. 6. Lepa of equal part of Mañjiṣṭhā (madder), Triphalā, Lākṣā (lac), rhizome of Haridrā (turmeric) and Gandhaka (sulphur), prepared in its double quantity of Sarṣapa Taila (mustard oil) is to be applied on Dadru. |
